New Orleans based Max Bien Kahn is the songwriter and singer in Max and the Martians, who just put out their 2nd LP ‘All the Same’ on Perpetual Doom. Max has spent the past decade as a working musician in New Orleans. He has a full time gig playing guitar and tenor banjo in Tuba Skinny, plays and records with Duff Thompson and Esther Rose, and was a regular session musician on Mashed Potato Records Vol I and II.
